What people ask us most.
If your question is not here, get in touch. Clinical questions are always answered in consultation.
Does the first consultation commit me to the procedure?
No. The consultation is for assessment, explanation and questions. Many people leave with more information and decide later, or decide not to go ahead, and that is part of the process.
Why do you not show before-and-after photos?
Because every body and every face responds differently, and a single photo can create expectations that do not apply to you. Portuguese rules on healthcare advertising also ask for that care. In consultation we explain, carefully, what is realistic for you.
Are prices listed on the website?
We do not list fixed prices, because they depend on the plan defined for each person (technique, anaesthesia, overnight stay, materials). After the consultation you receive a written quote with everything that is included.
How long is recovery?
It depends on the procedure and on you. Each procedure page explains what is usual; in consultation we give you an estimate for your case and agree follow-up dates.
Can I ask questions before booking?
You can contact us by phone or WhatsApp for practical questions: bookings, opening hours, documents. Clinical questions are answered by the doctor, in consultation.
Do you see patients in English?
Yes. The team works in Portuguese and English, and all written information can be provided in both languages.
How long should I wait between consultation and surgery?
We always recommend a period of reflection between the consultation and surgery. If new questions come up, you can book a second consultation before deciding.
How is my data handled?
Your data is used only to respond to your request and for your clinical care, in line with the GDPR. You can read the full privacy policy.
