First consultation

How it works, from first contact to decision.

The first consultation is a conversation with the doctor, to understand what you are looking for, assess your case and explain what is possible. There is no commitment to go ahead.

  1. Booking request

    Online, by phone or on WhatsApp. We confirm the date, time and what to bring.

  2. Assessment consultation

    We listen to what you want, take your medical history, examine you and explain the options, recovery and risks.

  3. Written plan

    You receive a proposal with the plan, what is included and the tests required. No rush to decide.

  4. Decision and follow-up

    If you go ahead, we guide you through preparation, the day of the procedure and the whole recovery.

What to bring

  • Photo ID.
  • A list of the medication you take, including supplements.
  • Previous tests or reports, if you have them.
  • Your questions, ideally written down. No question is too simple.

Consultation fee

The fee for the assessment consultation is given when you book. If you then go ahead, you receive a written quote with everything included in the procedure.

You can bring someone

If you prefer, bring someone you trust. It often helps to remember the explanations and to think the decision through at home.
